Nolan McCaffery is a 2022 RHP with a 6-4 225 lb. frame from Missoula, MT who attends Sentinel. Big and country strong build. High 3/4's arm slot on the mound, pretty simple piece by piece delivery, mostly upper half driven arm speed and can use his lower half more. Fastball topped out at 82 mph with good downhill plane to it and occasional arm side running action, fastball gets on hitters quickly. Threw both a slider and a curveball and both were quality pitches. Slider had very good power and has sharp downer biting action, curveball has tight spin is well with more depth and similar action. Ability to spin the ball stands out and will carry him moving forward. Named to the Preseason HS Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
