Matthew Brittingham is a 2026 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-1 116 lb. frame from Lewes, DE who attends Sussex Academy. Smaller very young build. Primary left handed pitcher, works from the stretch with a simple leg raise delivery, gets some upper half turn with good position over the rubber, well timed upper and lower half, long extended high 3/4's arm action, overall sound mechanics especially for his age. Fastball topped out at 61mph, gets some cutting life at times, also throws a soft curveball. Worked out in the outfiield and had good fundamentals and made accurate throws, arm worked well with developing carry on his throws. Left handed hitter, hits from an upright slightly open stance, upper body rotational swing with full arm/hand extension at contact.
