Raul Aldaco is a 2023 3B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Aurora, CO who attends Smoky Hill. Medium size frame. Ran a 7.96 60-yard dash. An infielder that showed defensive actions suitable for the corner infield positions, footwork directly to the baseball getting to a good fielding position, longer transition to throw and a fringe average throwing arm with some accuracy across the diamond. Hit from an even base with leg kick timing at the plate. Stands up in the swing, developing body control with a longer level swing through the zone. Developing hand speed and some ability to control the barrel getting to outside pitches and showing some opposite field hitting ability. Very good student.
