Isaiah Salas is a 2025 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-11 182 lb. frame from The Woodlands, TX who attends The Woodlands. A taller frame with some physicality to the build. Ran a 7.37 60-yard dash. A primary left-handed pitcher who throws primarily out of the stretch, working out of a three-quarters slot. He uses the lower half well as he's moving down the mound. His fastball was up to 82 mph and spinning up above the 2,100s. He flashed a few tight-spinning breaking balls with 2-to-7 action to them. Spun above the 2,200 RPM mark. He was able to miss some barrels and get hitters to swing through the breaking ball. A left-handed hitter who had some strength and physicality in the frame. He keeps his hands high with the back elbow up. Uses a hovering leg lift trigger with the ability to loft the ball and rotate through contact. Had some juice to the swing. Picked up a solid base hit in games as well. Also worked out at first base with a clean funnel and good turns showing. Throws were accurate and on the bag.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
