Grayson Byrd is a 2014 SS/RHP with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Milton, GA who attends Kings Ridge Christian HS. Long and slender athletic build, very projectable physically. 6.75 runner, high energy defender, very good range with athletic actions and balance, has very good arm strength, stood out in games defensively. Left handed hitter, spread stance, line drive swing approach, swings hard, has bat speed with more to come, long fluid swing, shows pull power but will hit opposite field as well, stays back well on off speed, ball jumps well.
