2018 PG Fall Top Prospect National Showcase
Mason Hunter is a 2019 OF/MIF with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Kennesaw, GA who attends Kell. Medium and physical frame with present strength. Ran a 6.76 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves to the baseball with some athleticism to his actions, takes arm back to a compact arm stroke up to an over the top arm slot, average arm strength from the outfield topping out at 76 mph in drills. Righthanded hitter, sets up with a wide base and a high hand set, tucks hands at load, takes an inside hand path to the baseball, flashed some carry off of the barrel when squared, will improve consistency with additional reps at the plate. Good student.
