Dalton Strickland is a 2020 OF/RHP, SS with a 6-2 187 lb. frame from Good Hope, GA who attends Loganville Christian Academy. Large frame with an athletic build. Ran a 7.30 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary outfielder. Athletic movements to the ball with momentum through release. Clean transfers with defensive tools and projects out well. Creates carry from arm strength topping at 84 miles per hour. Righthanded hitter with a slightly open stance to start. Fluid swing path creating bat speed through the zone. Naturally lofted plane creating hard impact off the barrel. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a small side step delivery and high leg lift. High effort release utilizing drop and drive actions to the plate. Quick arm circle at hand break and into a three-quarter release. Fastball jumps from the hand with heavy downhill plane to the plate. Curveball shows some depth through an 11-to-5 shape. Named to the 2019 National Underclass East Showcase Top Prospect List. Excellent student as well.
