Connor Crisp is a 2023 RHP/IF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Locust Grove, GA who attends Locust Grove. Medium athletic build. Simple turn and throw mechanics with a 3/4's arm slot, low effort release out front. Fastball worked in the upper 80's and touched 90 mph early, has some early running life on his fastball and can work it to both sides of the plate. Throws a firm change up off his fastball that has some fade to it. Breaking ball was a 77 mph slider with some depth on it, tends to slow occasionally on his slider release. Mixes his pitches and tries to hit his spots. Good student, verbal commitment to Georgia.
