2022 New York Indoor Showcase (Sunday)
Jake Haarde is a 2024 SS/2B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Sudbury, MA who attends Lincoln-Sudbury Reg. Long, lean frame with loads of physical projection remaining to be added throughout his frame. 3.73-second runner in the thirty. Primary middle-infielder, fields out in front with a deep funnel. Showcased some range going to his backhand with developing footwork. Some whip to his arm action, flashing some arm strength, up to 78 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, even, balanced stance with a high-hand set and a high back elbow. Quick, compact stroke that produced some loud contact throughout his round of BP. Showcased line-drive tendencies through the middle-of-the-field with flashes of juice to the gaps. Remains on time with his hanging trigger with excellent feel for the barrel. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
