Ethan Adkison is a 2021 LHP/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Chipley, FL who attends Chipley. Tall frame with a lean build and room to add in the future. Ran a 7.91 second 60-yard dash. Primary lefthanded pitcher with a short side step delivery. Stays tall on the backside when coming down the hill. Compact action with a compact three-quarters slot. Generates extension out front. Hides the ball well. Commands the fastball on the edges topping out at 76 miles per hour. Slider with good lateral movement and a 2-to-8 shape. Also flashed a changeup on occasion. Also worked out from the outfield. Athletic to the ball with a clean close. Smooth arm action with developing carry to the infield at 76 miles per hour. Lefthanded hitter with an narrow and open stance. Big lift out front with line drive contact. Very good student as well.
