Erick Delgado is a 2022 C/1B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Gulliver Schools. Large frame with a strong build showing a sturdy lower half. Ran a 7.23 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, sitting up in his stance a bit. Receives the baseball with soft hands while proving to have catch and release skills. Proper footwork as he gains ground and releases with intent. Accurate to the bag as he recorded a pop time of 1.93 seconds. Projects behind the dish going forward. Right-Handed Hitter, starting spread out while balanced. Glides into stride as he fires the hands. Proved he could generate big bat speed as he squared it up with some pop. Drove it gap to gap while getting extended as he showed off the power. Projects as a power bat down the road. Outstanding Student.
