Bryce Brannon is a 2024 1B/RHP, C, 3B, OF with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Mason, OH who attends William Mason. Broad shouldered, long, lean frame with room to fill out as he matures physically. Recorded a 7.50-second sixty-time. Primary first baseman, showed feel for the position with soft hands and solid foot work around the bag. Deep fielding funnel with a shorter arm action on his throws to the bases, up to 77 mph. Right-handed pitcher, worked exclusively from the stretch with an above-the-belt leg lift, keeping his chest-high hand set. Lands a little closed off to the plate, causing some deception against the hitter. Comes from a mid 3/4 arm slot, creating some cutting action on his fastball with some late-life through the zone. Up to 85 mph with his heater, sitting in the 80-85 mph range. Showed advanced feel for a 11-5 shaped breaking ball, spinning it well for strikes. Some slight mechanical things to work on but an intriguing arm talent. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance utilizing a toe-tap trigger to get going. Middle-of-the-field approach with a short stroke through the zone. Some stiffness throughout build during his round, tons of physical projection waiting to get tapped into.
