Brian Fleming is a 2024 OF/RHP, 1B with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Rehoboth, DE who attends Cape Henlopen. Athletic, large build with some present strength in his lower half that translated into his game well. 7.19-second runner during the sixty. Primary outfielder, deep funnel as he fields off his front foot. Compact arm action showcasing some present arm strength on his throws to the bases with carry. On line and accurate, up to 82 mph with more in the tank as he fills out more. Plays through the ball well and could carry his momentum through his throws some more. Secondary right-handed pitcher, worked from a full wind up with a methodical operation. Gets down the slope well, creating some downhill action on his heater. Worked both sides of the plate well, displaying a full arsenal that generated a lot of weak contact throughout his outing. Worked up to 80 mph with his heater hitting in the mid-to-upper 70s. Flashed some feel for breaking ball that showed 11-5 shape. Left-handed hitter, even, balanced stance with a low hand set. Utilized the whole field during his round showing present feel for the barrel. Line-drive stroke with compact hand speed, flashing some juice to the gaps when on time. Consistent, repeatable stroke that will play at the next level. Excellent student.
