Jacob Frost is a 2021 1B/LHP with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Saint Louis, MO who attends Oakville Sr. Large frame with strong, physical build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.45 seconds. Very physical and strong build, narrow-based stance with staggered start, barrel consistently out on time with lots of bat speed and strength, brings the barrel and generates leverage, excellent power and projection. Worked out at first base, hands work well out front, moves well and shows clean lower half, clocked up to 86 mph on throws. Also pitched, deliberate pace to delivery, quick arm stroke, fastball worked 84-88 mph, flashed curveball and changeup as well. Solid two-way upside, named to 2020 National Uncommitted Showcase Top Prospect List. Very good student.
