Taylor Belza is a 2025 C/3B with a 6-1 212 lb. frame from Grafton, OH who attends Elyria Catholic. Big and strong physical build. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a good shift and close into contact, gets into his strong lower half well, explosive hands with a tight and quick stroke, pulls the ball and is consistently out front with his contact, big jump off the barrel, big power potential. 7.09 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up low and has good lower half athleticism, very good raw arm strength and carry with a hitch in his arm action that slows down is release. Bat speed and power potential stand out. Good student.
