Peyton Mamula is a 2025 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Severn, MD who attends Archbishop Spalding. Recorded a 7.34-second sixty-yard time. Young, tall projectable frame with ton of strength remaining to be filled. Right-handed pitcher, worked exclusively from the stretch with a quick and compact operation. 3/4 slot that offers some deception against opposing hitters. Worked fastball 77-80 mph, topping out at 82 mph with some late life through the zone. Developing feel for 11-5 shaped curveball that flashed sharp, late break with plus-depth. Pitch projects well as he gains experience on the mound. Briefly flashed a change-up that too project as he throws it more, showed some fading action that could get swing-and-misses. Secondary corner infielder, plays up on his toes with a deep fielding funnel. Played the backhand well with limited range going up the middle. Deliberate foot work, could improve foot speed and mobility. 72 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, slightly open stance with a high-hand set. Downhill swing plane, flashing some line drive impact through the middle of the field. Developing feel for the barrel with tight hands and compact hand speed. Excellent student.
