2023 Northeast Indoor Showcase (Sunday)
Thomas Truzzolino is a 2025 SS/2B with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Bayville, NJ who attends Central Regional. Truzzolino immediately impressed with a 4.81 forty yard dash time that directly translated to his primary MIF spot. From the IF he displayed effortless range with a deep funnel as well as the ability to control the body while making plays on the run. He effectively changed arm slots and topped out at 77 mph across the diamond with more arm strength coming in the future. Offensively, the righty started from a wider base with a high back elbow and simple stride into contact, producing consistent contact to all parts of the field. Truzzolino controlled the barrel well with power becoming more prominent as he physically develops. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
