Colton Bettencourt is a 2027 C/RHP/1B with a 5-8 148 lb. frame from Stuart, FL who attends South Fork. Medium frame with a thicker build and present strength. Ran a 7.88 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, short take back and gets rid of ball quick, more quickness than present arm strength and has solid fundamental foundation. Pitches too, works from stretch with bigger intent, compact arm action and throws strikes, flashes feel for spin. Right-handed hitter, even base and short move in, good intent to swing and stays short the ball, has some strength in the hands and hits balls on a line to the middle and pull side, can let it get deeper and show strength the other way too.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
