Brady Booth is a 2024 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Castle Pines, CO who attends Chaparral. As a primary LHP, Booth works from a long limbed and developing frame with additional room for velocity projection in the future. He displayed a compact repeatable operation, releasing from a lower 3/4 slot that generated some natural movement on the FB up to 80 mph. He effectively pounded the zone with a FB/CB mix, the latter flashing sweeping action that he commanded in any count with the ability to pitch backwards. There's a CH also present in the arsenal that displayed fading action at times. From the OF, Booth touched 83 mph with aggressive actions and lots of effort to the release, carrying momentum well. The left handed hitter started from a slightly open stance with a high hand set and slight barrel wrap, generating consistent hard contact to the pull side of the field. Posted an exit velo of 82 mph. Ran a 7.84 sixty yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
