2003 Sunshine East Showcase
Alex is a player. He runs fairly well and showed a plus arm in the workout. He has a strong athletic body and he can hit. He has excellent bat speed with a nice line drive swing. He's been taught well, stays inside the ball and knows how to hit. He has good actions in the infield and makes all the plays at 3B. He also was very effective on the mound topping at 84 with good mechancics and nice smooth arm action. He can pitch, but we really like him in the field. Could be one of the top 04's. One of top hitters at Sunshine East!
