Kannon Ring is a 2026 C/RHP, 1B, 3B with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Paragould, AR who attends Greene Co. Tech. Solid durable backstop that shows the makings of good fotwork and glove technique. The throws were on the money on multiple occasions, looked the best when he got on top and worked downhill to the back. 1.94 pop tme. At the plate, he sets up in a wide stance with even base, high hands, and high back elbow. He works comfortably into a short leg lift load. The bat path is subtly elongated but demonstrates decent bat speed and advanced feel for the barrel. The approach hammers the gaps frequently. Solid tools across the board for a promising young player. 7.44 60-yard. Oustanding student. Named to the Top Prospect list.
