Slade Wilkins is a 2024 OF/RHP with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Woodstock, GA who attends River Ridge. Ran a 7.69 second sixty. Primary outfielder with a tall slender frame. Approaches the ball with choppy steps in the outfield presenting the glove early and playing low through the ball showing developing arm strength to the bases. Worked in the stretch only on the mound with a compact clean arm action to a high three-quarters arm slot with the fastball sitting 73-76 mph while getting to both sides of the plate. Showed a slider as the primary pff speed with average sweeping action through the zone in the upper 60's. Right-handed hitter, starts with a spread stance shifting the weight onto the back side with the load. Showed developing bat speed through the hitting zone with a rotational upper half with the top hand guiding the barrel with a linear path. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
