Owen Boyer is a 2025 C/ with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Franklin, TN who attends Centennial High School. Boyer ran a 7.82 Sixty Yard Dash. Primary catcher with a medium athletic frame with some room for additional strength. Side Saddle Starting stance with athletic actions. Catching the ball softly with a clean exchange into a straight over top arm action with developing arm strength and accuracy across the diamond on a hop. Secondary outfielder fielding the ball to the side with a clean glove to hand transfer. Working with a quick compact arm stroke peaking at 75mph on the throws. Left Handed Hitter with a medium slightly open base with a toe tap trigger. Working with a slight rock back to load with a level swing through the zone meeting it out in front at a pull side approach. Boyer is a good student in the classroom.
