2023 Summer Northeast Workout Showcase (Thur)
Dax Piemonte is a 2025 SS/2B/3B with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Ramsey, NJ who attends Ramsey. Piemonte works from a lean still plenty projectable build with room to fill out and add strength as a '25 prospect. Exclusively from his primary IF spot, he displayed controlled footwork with a compact arm action, ultimately topping out at 73 mph across the diamond. The glove has further room to refine with accurate throws made on the bag. Offensively, the righty started from a slightly open stance with a low back elbow and leg lift trigger, producing solid impact to the middle pull side of the field. He displayed good barrel whip through the zone and repeated the stroke well, posting an exit velo of 81 mph. Ran a 7.31 sixty yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
