Owen Hewitt is a 2028 3B/RHP/IF with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Jupiter, FL who attends The Benjamin School. Tall lean primary corner infielder. Defenisvely, the actions work with a ton of energy and clean arm action that produces average to solid carry across the diamond. The coordination in the feet with comes as he truly grows into the frame. Glove works out front with softness in the hands to funnel it in. At the plate, he sets up with moderate base and square stance. Striding load with small kick was inconsitent timed up throughout the round leading to inconsitent level of impact. Hands work on a level elongated path. On the hill, he operates from the stretch exclusively with slow paced delivery and long methodical arm stroke. Command was spotty early on but reigned it in towards the back half. 7.52 60-yard.

Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
