Jonathan Grove is a 2025 C/3B, OF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Mansfield, TX who attends Mansfield Legacy. Posted a 7.44 in the 60. Primary C showed young developing feel at backstop. Should progress into fluid actions through the bag with a fundamental base intact. In the outfield he stays in-line through the play, young arm action for now as the frame fills out. Also worked infield with good idea to adjust the arm slot and some awareness for the position. Right-handed hitter is rotational through contact and can get extended out front. Longer path through the zone but showed good balance and feel to repeat the process. Moving pieces across his young tools with time to refine and mature. Good student.
