Drew McArthur is a 2022 RHP/SS with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Fonthill, ON who attends EL Crossley. Recorded a 7.74 second sixty-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher moves with a full windup from the first base side of the rubber with a chest high leg lift and a slight coil as he releases the ball with a long three-quarter arm slot. McArthur keeps the fastball down in the zone and uses good command topping 78 mph while also mixing in good off-speed pitches. His changeup has fading action and good arm speed alongside a developing breaking ball with good depth. Also taking ground balls in the infield showing clean glove actions and a quick release throwing 74 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter steps to the plate with an open stance and swings up on the baseball with a hanging leg left trigger as he works the ball using a pull side approach and a long swing path. Tremendous student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
