Matthew McCloskey is a 2024 OF with a 6-3 160 lb. frame from Cinnaminson, NJ who attends Cinnaminson. Works from a lean athletic frame with longer limbs and some physical upside. Primary outfielder, works through the baseball well, showcased clean glove actions and a smooth gather, utilizes a deeper arm path, tons of present hand speed, the throws showed carry to them, the ball showed easy zip out of the hand, recorded arm strength up to 91 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts in a slightly open stance with a high back elbow, utilizes a hover trigger, creates some separation, showed good strength at impact, produced line drives to the middle of the field when timed up, recorded an exit velocity of 86 mph. Ran a 6.85 sixty-yard dash. Named to the 2023 Summer Northeast Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.
