Julian Baldwin is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Central, SC who attends D W Daniel. Good frame with projection and current muscle tone with time to continue adding physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.24 seconds. Primary position OF, moving well on his feet, getting to the ball well and working one handed glove to the side. Deliberate transfer in the midline to quick arm working a bit uphill reaching 79 mph on feeds to the infield. Secondary RHP, working exclusively from the stretch on the 1B side of the rubber. Very linear work, short leg lift to balance breaking hands at the chest into an over the top arm angle. Tilts head to get to release costing some command here and there. FB up to 78 mph with sink type spin to go with upper-60s CB with depth. RHH with an upright and narrow start, high handset out front and small stride to the pitch. High to low hand operation, on the bottom of the ball a bit too much early but got on plane late in round. Strength in hands and when on plane it jumped. Outstanding student too.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
