Nicholas Leigh is a 2023 OF/2B with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from San Tan Valley, AZ who attends Queen Creek. Slender build with plenty of room to add more. Ran the 60-yard dash in 6.66 seconds. Primary outfielder, showed some athleticism, moved well laterally to both sides of the ball. Displayed a quick transfer with a short whippy arm action, was clocked up to 72 mph on throws from the outfield. Consistently made accurate throws, still developing the arm strength. Need a little more urgency when coming through the ball but showed the ability to make the routine plays. At the plate, hits from a wider even stance with a simple load, displayed a lofty swing with a direct path and good bat speed. Consistently drove the ball to all fields with good pop. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
