Derrick Stultz is a 6'3"/172, RHP from Tampa,FL . On the mound he showed 87-84fb,73-67cb,71ch, and 79slider. Stultz throws from a low 3/4 slot with a loose arm and good whip. He has a tall athletic frame that helps leverage and shows a quick arm with good command of his fastball. His fastball shows good sink and run and is a heavy fastball. Stultz has good extention with fastball and stays on top of it very well and could get better extention on curveball and slider. He does drop his elbow some on curveball and slider. Stultz's mechanics are pretty smooth and his change up shows signs of developing into a nice pitch. Overall, he's a young pitcher with a very projectable body and a high ceiling as a right handed pitcher. Very good follow.
