Bradley Couture is a 2027 SS/RHP with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Krum, TX who attends Krum. Medium athletic build with loose actions and plenty of physical projection. Right handed hitter, hits from a high back elbow load with a big lower half shift into contact, tends to get out front early and get off balance, downhill swing plane due to his big shift, swing is loose with some extension. 7.66 runner in the sixty. Primary infielder on defense, moves well side to side and has good body control on the move, soft hands at the ball with a good funnel out front, compact arm action, makes accurate throws with developing arm strength. Also pitched, has a deep arm takeaway in back leading to a high 3/4's to over the top arm slot, leans off his upper body to get his arm through and tends to fall off to the first base side. Fastball worked in the mid-60's and was mostly located glove side, flashed an 11/5 curveball as well. Good athlete who should keep improving with additional strength and physical maturity.
