Cash Carteng is a 2024 RHP/3B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Newbury Park, CA who attends Newbury Park. Medium frame with some strength to the build. Primary right-handed pitcher, simple delivery with a longer stride down the mound, releases from a high three-quarters arm slot with a shorter arm stroke. Worked in the mid-70s with the fastball, able to get downhill while working north and south. Showed two distinct breaking ball, curveball moves 12-to-6 with big vertical break to get swing-and-miss while slider has some late lateral bite. Stuff projects well. Great student.
