Ryan Gonzalez is a 2027 1B/3B/OF with a strong, athletic 5-11 175 lb. frame from Glendora, CA who attends Damien. Started the event off clocking an 8.23 60-yard dash. Defensively, he showed the ability to make all the required plays and throws from first base. Used the proper footwork/glove techniques and worked through the baseball with accurate double play feeds and demonstrated he could field a bunt cleanly. At the plate, he starts in a spread out stance and has a hitterish presense in the box. Consistently barreled up the baseball in his BP round and drove a few balls in the gap with backspin. His strength allows him to get to the inside pitch and square it up. Excellent student.
