Left-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and lower back elbow at the plate with an even stance. Short swing path through the zone and works on a linear path, handsy swing, quick through the zone with a contact oriented approach, can continue to implement additional extension through the ball. Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
