Drew Asadorian is a 2027 SS/RHP with a 5-6 130 lb. frame from Lafayette, CA who attends Acalanes. Posted a 7.68 in the 60. Primary SS is a developing build with present athleticism projecting well across his tools and plenty of progressing ahead of him. He works through the ball well flashing glove skill and sync in the actions. His arm is playable while developing the young body control to finish plays. He has a quick release with good use of the low slot as he continues to build strength and carry. On the mound the right-hander topped the fastball out at 69 with a developing secondary pitch. He utilizes an uptempo operation staying compact through the delivery that hides the ball very well. Athletic secondary arm for now with limited pitchability he should refine with experience. Left-handed hitter shows good intent with the barrel and approach to contact. Young prepitch setup, understanding his timing produced a short swing with contact working opposite field best. Flashes bat speed to project on as he progresses his feel for the release and adds size to his game.
