Mateo Evans is a 2026 SS/2B/3B with a 5-4 120 lb. frame from Flint, MI who attends Luke M. Powers Catholic. Smaller frame with a young look. Ran an 8.07 60-yard dash. Infielder with developing footwork, fields it clean moving to both sides, short arm action on throws with solid average accuracy. At the plate hit from a narrow and even base. Longer bat path, flys open at times, developing feel for backside rotation. Very good student.
