Aidan Stevenson is a 2024 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Coto De Caza, CA who attends Santa Margarita Catholic. Strong athletic build, especially in his lower half. Right handed hitter, hits from a high hand load with a toe tap trigger, moves into contact well, has fast and strong hands and gets extension through contact, works mostly gap to gap with good carry but showed he could turn hard on balls as well, experienced hitter with feel for the barrel. 7.11 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, has polished footwork and good fundamentals, moves well around the bag and makes accurate feeds on his throws. Also worked out in the infield and outfield, with the athleticism to play corner outfield as well. Took a turn on the mound, throws from a high 3/4's arm slot with a simple and repeatable delivery. Fastball topped out at 77 mph and was aggressive challenging hitters with it early in counts. Also mixed in a slurve type curveball. Very good student. Named to the Sunshine West Showcase Top Prospect List.
