Dylan Dumont is a 2026 RHP/SS with a 5-8 141 lb. frame from Rochester, NY who attends Webster-Schroeder. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.62 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works exclusively from the stretch, leg kick helps create some deception to operation of delivery; gets to a three-quarters release point, hides ball well through the back and filled up the strike zone while working the corners with comfort. Fastball topped out at 75 mph with short life out of the hand, curveball shows 11-5 shape to it through the zone up to 64 mph and flashed tumbling action to changeup at 66 mph when executing the release of the pitch. Plays low moving towards the ball in the infield, extra step moving into release but shows solid arm strength and carry for the left side, shorter footwork on the charge, shows accuracy and ability to change slot. Right-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and back elbow at the plate, coils into contact and carries hands lower through swing. Consistent contact and swings with intent, incorporates physical strength and connects for line drive contact to all parts of the field, remains compact with swing and generates present bat speed through the zone.
