Cayden Jackman is a 2028 1B/LHP, OF with a 5-11 145 lb. frame from Kirkwood, MO who attends Kirkwood. Slender athletic frame. Ran a 7.81 60-yard dash. Left-handed first baseman/outfielder with developing fundamentals in the outfield. Footwork and glove actions at first base, clean funnels to the waist, body control and accurate throws around the diamond. Projectable traits as a hitter, hit from a slightly open wide base. Holds angles well in the swing and got to a consistent hitting position, on plane swings with balance getting directly to contact and an all fields approach. Hit well in games with line drives to all fields. Three pitch mix on the mound with a crossfire delivery. Solid average arm speed on the mound locating the fastball, showed consistent shape and depth to the breaking ball with 1-7 shape and feel to turn over a change up. Projectable two-way potential.
