Abram Pine is a 2026 3B/RHP with a 5-11 195 lb. frame from Albuquerque, NM. Large physical build. Ran an 8.26 60-yard dash. A third baseman with footwork to the baseball and hands that work through the ball at the catch point. Limited lateral range but has some quick reactions and can cleanly catch the baseball he can get a glove on. Developing arm strength and the accuracy to make all the fundamental plays. Hit from a slightly open stance at the plate with leg kick timing. Lengthy swing with some physicality to it, creates loft in the swing with enough bat speed to impact the baseball to the middle of the field. Showed tall and fall mechanics on the mound and a clean three-quarter arm slot that he can repeat. Low 70's fastball with some cutting action and a developing curveball. Lands both pitches in the strike zone often.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
