Hatcher Myrick is a 2028 OF/RHP, C with a 5-7 125 lb. frame from Fairhope, AL who attends Fairhope. Smaller and younger build with plenty of time to mature. Recorded a 8.68 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, has fundamentally sound actions for the age. Works through the baseball well with solid footwork. Clean one-hand gather and overall confident with the glove. Very quick release with a shorter arm stroke. Developing arm strength but accurate throws up to 64 mph. Pitched as well. Uses a full windup with a belt-high leg lift. Short takeaway and comes over the top from a higher release. Hides it a bit and creates slight deception from high slot. Quick pace delivery and has some overall poise. Ran the fastball up to 66 mph with some running action and flashed a curveball at 58 mph with bigger shape and depth. Will continue to develop and gain feel on the mound. Right-handed hitter, narrow and relaxed setup into launch. Uses a short stride and really simplifies things for himself. Struggled a bit to get on plane and currently lacks feel for the barrel. Best contact was towards right-center field. Will be sure to improve with continued reps with wood and added strength.
