Drew Hess is a 2027 OF/RHP, 1B, 3B with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from Grosse Pointe Park, MI who attends Grosse Pointe South. Recorded a 7.46 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder with a tall, lean, and high-waisted frame. Works aggressively to the ball in the outfield with longer strides. Fielded ball off to left side and used short arm action to throw. Left-handed hitter and starts from a narrow base with open feet. Initiates swing with a small stride forward. Bat stays on a level path through the zone and worked primarily the pull side during the round. Secondary right-handed pitcher and employs a compact arm action, releaseing from a high-3/4 slot. Delivery is methodical and deliberate. Mixed three-pitch repertoire and showed ability to throw all three for strikes. Curveball featured 11-5 shape and killed spin on changeup well.
