Preston Harris is a 2027 C/RHP/1B with a 5-9 135 lb. frame from Keller, TX who attends Keller. Nice young athletic build with plenty of projectability. 7.99 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has some side to side athleticism and blocks well outside his body, tends to stand straight up to throw and throw from an exaggerated over the top arm action, can refine his arm slot for better consistency and accuracy. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a short swing path, showed the game ability to get his hands through and get the barrel out front and drive the ball to the pull side, projects well as a hitter as he gets stronger. Also pitched, toggled back and forth between the stretch and a wind up, slow paced mechanics with an arm pause in back. Fastball topped out at 64 mph to go with a change up.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
