Hayden Kaylor is a 2027 3B/RHP, SS, MIF, OF, UT with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Northlake, TX who attends Byron Nelson. Thin athletic frame with a very long lower half and high waist that points towards future height and size. Ran a 7.43 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, fields it out front cleanly and naturally, smooth transfer to slot, solid arm across for the size and stature, accuracy to the bag, good feet here and solid first step, very promising base and actions for the size and class. Secondary right-handed pitcher, full windup, small side step to belt high lift, compact mid depth action in the back with a short takeaway, overall biomechanics impress with fluidity and athleticism to the delivery and overall looseness of the arm, flashed a solid feel to spin the mid 60's curveball, uses a slide step in the stretch while holding velocity. Took reps in the outfield, arm strength similarly translated to the grass, higher effort operation here, got some carry on throws to the bag. Right-handed hitter, narrow base, high hands and back elbow set, separates nicely with a double toe tap trigger out front, swings it with intent and can turn it over some, quicker set of hands, uphill finish. Impressive overall prospect that has lots of promise and will improve when size and height begin to come into play.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
