Zach Magee is a 2026 1B/LHP, OF with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Marriottsville, MD who attends Marriotts Ridge HS. Recorded an 8.23 second 60-yard dash time. Longer frame and build with lots of room to add strength. Primary first baseman who works down through the ball. Deeper gather when he keeps it clean and had throws up to 72 mph across the diamond. Secondary left-handed pitcher with a simple, repeatable windup with a side step into a belt high leg lift. Medium arm stroke with a three-quarters arm slot. Linear down the mound and slight arm side run on the fastball. Flashed a breaking ball with 1/7 shape. Left-handed hitter with an upright stance, low hands, and a lofted stroke. Gets downhill at times but projects for power with additional strength. Tremendous student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
