Logan Flaherty is a 2027 2B/RHP with a 4-9 70 lb. frame from Ingleside, TX who attends Ingleside. Young, narrow shouldered frame with a lean build, will continue to grow and develop with physical strength gains moving forward. Ran a 9.22 60-yard dash. Primary second baseman, plays with energy and works to spot behind ball well, hands work out front fielding the ball, shows accuracy on a hop across the diamond, arm strength will continue to develop on throws, repeats actions, short arm stroke with an extra step through release. Also pitched, works out of the stretch on the mound, similar compact arm action through the back, leg lift up to belt, can get more drive from lower half down the mound; worked off of a fastball, will continue to refine consistent release point, topped out at 52 mph. Right-handed hitter, begins with a narrow stance and works on a linear path through the zone. Contact oriented swing, gets the barrel out front and repeats swing, occasionally gets downhill through zone, bat speed will continue to develop with strength.
