Ensley Perez is a 2026 C/OF with a 5-5 120 lb. frame from Wappingers Falls, NY who attends Roy C Ketcham Senior. Young athlete with a lean current build and good frame to build on with a lot of time to add on. Primary position C, using a game like deep stance, a bit offset and refreshingly, not cheating in workout reps. Shows some hop to his actions and a good foundation fundamentally. Creates good lines on throws and gains good ground to help with throws. Arm strength is emerging as he registered throws up to 68 mph and a pop-time best of 2.21 seconds. Again, very young but with physical growth and reps he should be very good. RHH working from an even base and well balanced in his base. Keep hands tight to his body and tries to work the middle of the field. Emerging barrel control that will come with physicality and experience. Peppered some line drives gap to gap when on time. Definite follow with the skillset to be a really good offensive catcher down the line. Outstanding student as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
