Dalton Vandeburgh is a 2028 SS/ with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Cottonwood, CA who attends Foothill. Features a medium frame with plenty of room to build strength and add athleticism. Ran a 8.16 60-yd dash. He looked the part with present fundamentals in the INF. Showed average feet but exhibited clean glove actions getting it down on time and out front that show well working to both sides. Uses a longer arm action with some effort to release and even flashed the ability to manipulate slots on the move. At the plate, he sits in a narrow and slightly open stance. It’s a more hands dominant swing that guides the barrel through with a one-hand longer finish. Showed avg. bat speed for his level and used the entire field during his batting practice round.
