2023 WWBA Summer Workout Showcase (July 12)
Andrew Fulmer is a 2025 SS with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Tullahoma, TN who attends Tullahoma. Primary shortstop with a long wiry frame showing plenty of room to project moving forward. Ran a 7.35 second sixty. Shows mature actions on the infield with good feel for the glove. Does a nice job receiving the ball out front and funneling it in clean to the midline while gaining ground toward the target. Showed solid arm strength across the diamond topping out at 84 mph while showing an ability to throw from multiple slots with accuracy. Right-handed hitter starts with an open base using a hanging leg lift trigger. Impacted the ball well on a line as he repeated the mechanics of the swing well using the middle of the field at his best. Good student.
